I'm on the second day of yet another terminal dehydration. I decided to turn the thermostat up to 90 so I can more efficiently sweat off this excess water.

Orrrrr you could use, you know, a suicide method. Carbon monoxide for example is very effective, cheap and painless.

What happens if you ingest salt now? Does it help? I think it should prevent some of the thirst pain.

I've heard bad things can happen if your salt levels get imbalanced while you're doing this (e.g. too little or too much salt); it's probably better to just do what I'm doing, which is crank up the thermostat during the day and hang out in an 85 degrees humid environment, and not ingest anything (food or liquid).
